  10. 一.神使用卑微的人God uses humble people 基甸說：「主啊，我有何能拯救以色列人呢？我家在瑪拿西支派中是至貧窮的。我在我父家是至微小的。」 士6:15 Gideon said to Him, Oh Lord, how can I deliver Israel? Behold, my clan is the poorest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house. Judges 6:15

  12. 二.神使用起初冇膽的人God uses who are not bare at first 約阿施的兒子基甸正在酒醡那裏打麥子，為要防備米甸人。 士6:11下 Joash the Abiezrite, and his son Gideon was beating wheat in the winepress to hide it from the Midianites. Judges 6:11B

  13. 基甸就從他僕人中挑了十個人，照著耶和華吩咐他的行了。他因怕父家和本城的人，不敢在白晝行這事，就在夜間行了。 士6:27 That night the Lord said to Gideon, Take your father’s bull, the second bull seven years old, and pull down the altar of Baal that your father has and cut down the Asherah that is beside it. Judges 6:27

  14. 三.神使用曾經埋怨的人God use those who have complained 基甸說：「主啊，耶和華若與我們同在，我們何致遭遇這一切事呢？我們的列祖不是向我們說『耶和華領我們從埃及上來』嗎？他那樣奇妙的作為在哪裏呢？現在他卻丟棄我們，將我們交在米甸人手裏。」 士6:13 And Gideon said to him, O sir, if the Lord is with us, why is all this befallen us? And where are all His wondrous works of which our fathers told us, saying, Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt? But now the Lord has forsaken us and given us into the hand of Midian. Judges 6:13

  15. 五.神使用信心不足的人God uses those who lack of confidence • 基甸對　神說：「你若果照著所說的話，藉我手拯救以色列人， • 士6:36 • And Gideon said to God, If You will deliver Israel by my hand as You have said, Judges 6:36

If there is dew on the fleece only and it is dry on all the ground, then I shall know that You will deliver Israel by my hand, as You have said. • Judges 6:37

  17. 我 信 ！ 但 我 信 不 足 ， 求 主 幫 助 。 • 可9:24 • “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”. • Mark 9:24

  18. 六.神使用我們成為大能的勇士God calls us mighty warriors • 耶和華的使者向基甸顯現，對他說：「大能的勇士啊，耶和華與你同在！」 • 士6:36 • And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him and said to him, The Lord is with you, you mighty man of courage, Judges 6:36

  19. 七.第一任務First assignment • 當那夜，耶和華吩咐基甸說：「你取你父親的牛來，就是那七歲的第二隻牛，並拆毀你父親為巴力所築的壇，砍下壇旁的木偶」 • 士6:25 • That night the Lord said to Gideon, Take your father’s bull, the second bull seven years old, and pull down the altar of Baal that your father has and cut down the Asherahthat is beside it, Judges 6:25
