Integrate, Deploy, & Operate exemplar Cyberinfrastructure at Caltech, UCSD, UFL, UW for the benefit of CMS. • 50% storage & compute hardware + 50% people • People are 50% operations & 50% integration/development => 3/4 of funds are in operations !!! • Addressing the broader Cyberinfrastructure challenges • Core Middleware improvements (NSF-lite CE, condor improvements, …) • Engaging with other scientific domains & grids
