  8. National vs. International interests? • Position of Nations? • Security Issues (Air force, Terrorism etc.) • One sky fits all? • Conflict of interest (Investor – rule making body – judiciaries )

  11. Best use of resources? • Use of new technology vs. protection of investments (ATM, etc.)? • Objectors (Unions, Nationalists, etc.)? • Infrastructure (Airports, public transport)?
