Sombra Verde is the name of a flash mob performance produced by student activist collective “Artecontigo”, meaning art with you. • The collective performed Sombra Verde in their town center. • My thesis is that the members of Artecontigo use performance as creative community service as a way of raising the consciousness about environmental justice and issues of sustainability.
