Program Management @ VVC • Strategic direction provided by Board Policy in terms institutional vision, values, and goals (Chapter 1). • Managers and Administrators have operational responsibilities as delegated by Superintendent/President. • Administrative Procedure 1202 provides some guidance in how programs are strategically managed—via annual review and budget development process.

How to get connected? • Institutional Research Query Builder (IRQB) 1) You can access the site from the Institutional Research Website by selecting “IRQB” – Novell login 2) You need to meet with us or attend a staff development workshop in order to obtain the password. 3) Additional IRQB training will be scheduled based upon need • Annual Report Soon to be Posted on our website !
