  1. Hello, my name is MaryLee Yearick Favorite Quotes I have been in the Early Childhood Education field for 31 years. I was a Pre-School Teacher for 3 years, an Assistant Child Care Director for 4 years & a Director for 20 years. I am currently the CCRR Coordinator for the Mitchell-Yancey Partnership for Children and have been there for the past 4 years. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Technical Certificate in ECE and a CDA in ECE Administration with a Pre-School endorsement from Nashville State Community College. I have also studied Elementary Education and I’m currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program at Lees-McRae College. I feel it is very important to stay on the cutting edge of early childhood education and to always broaden your knowledge of the field. I also feel it is important to be a reflective teacher and to pass on the knowledge I have to my peers. It is my hope to always have a passion for early childhood education and never stop being an advocate for children!
