  8. Is it the right device for you? Chromebooks are not a traditional laptop in important ways • most functional when connected to the Internet • use apps from Chrome Store to access software that lives primarily on the Web rather than inside the computer itself.

  9. Is it the right device for you? Chromebooks do not have large-capacity hard drives. • Documents, pictures & videos are stored Google Drive (Google's cloud-based storage service) • Google Drive requires an account • your files are password protected and secure
