4. PACKAGE DESCRIPTION • Note: • *Streamyx Zone previously known as Streamyx Hotspot. • Streamyx In-A-Box option is NOT available (until further notice).

5. TERMS & CONDITIONS MOBILITY PACKAGE • Package is valid from 27th August 2008 and onwards. • Speed of service is at ‘best effort’ and subject to availability and technical testing. • Package is valid for RESIDENTIAL and for NEW & EXISTING COMBO customers. Only available in Klang Valley until further notice. • This package is valid for SUCCESSFUL Streamyx installation & activation only and bond to EXISTING STREAMYX COMBO TERMS & CONDITIONS. • Minimum subscription is 12 months. • RM10 per month will be charge to customer as long as they subscribed Add on Mobility package. • Customer will be provided free wireless modem in this package with installation. • Warranty of wireless modem will be 12 months from the date of installation. • One time installation fee for wireless modem is RM120 • SIB (Streamyx in a box) or DIY (Do it yourself) option will NOT be made available to customers until further notice. • Should customer decide to end/terminate Mobility Add On Package within first 12 months, handling fees of RM150 will be charged. • Streamyx Zone is wireless broadband Internet access service available at public places such as shopping malls, coffee shops, eating outlets etc. Previously known as Streamyx Hotspot. • For Streamyx Zone access, customer can enjoy up to 384Kbps of internet access. • Streamyx Zone is subject to service availability and coverage area. • Customer enjoy a single sign-on for both Streamyx and Streamyx Zone internet access. • For new customers, login & password for Streamyx Zone will be appear in Confirmation slip. • For existing customers, login & password for Streamyx Zone will be send via Streamyx’s email. • The 1st bill received will include an installation fee of RM120, a one-time service activation fee of RM75, a one-month subscription fee (from date of service activation), an advance charge of the 2nd month subscription fee and RM10 stamp duty fee. (if any)

6. NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS Customer walk in New customer walk in to TMpoint/reseller to register Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile Package. Customer fill in form Customer must fill in Streamyx Combo Application Form (New enhanced form) and tick Add On Mobility Package. CSR / Sales Agent explain the T&C TMpoint/reseller must inform customer on EXISTING STREAMYX COMBO T&C and MOBILITY T&C. Process in MIPS Process in MIPS, fill in Streamyx login & hotspot login (Streamyx Zone). Next page

7. Processor must inform customer on Streamyx Zone login (hotspot) in the Confirmation slip. Streamyx Zone can be use before Streamyx activated. Confirmation Slip generated & give to customer Streamyx order send to SAMS Streamyx order will be send to SAMS for auto slot installation. Auto- slot installation in SAMS & Installation at customer’s premise Installer will call customer to make an appointment for installation. Installer will install & configure wireless modem at customer’s premise. END Streamyx activated and customer will be charged RM120 for wireless modem installation in the 1st bill.

8. UPGRADE PROCESS Existing Streamyx Combo customer walk in to TMpoint/reseller to upgrade to Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile Package. Customer walk in Customer must fill in Streamyx Combo Application Form (New enhanced form) and tick Upgrade & Add On Mobility Package. Customer fill in form CSR / Sales Agent explain the T&C TMpoint/reseller must inform customer on EXISTING STREAMYX COMBO T&C and MOBILITY T&C. Process in MIPS Process in MIPS Upgrade page. Processor must give the Confirmation slip and inform customer that their Streamyx Zone login & password will be send to Streamyx’s email. Confirmation Slip generated & give to customer Next page

9. Streamyx order send to SAMS Streamyx order will be send to SAMS for auto slot installation. Auto- slot installation in SAMS & Installation at customer’s premise Installer will call customer to make an appointment for installation. Installer will install & configure wireless modem at customer’s premise. Customer need to check their Streamyx’s email for notification of Streamyx Zone’s login & password. Customer check Streamyx’s email for Streamyx Zone notification END Customer will be charged RM120 for wireless modem installation in the next bill.

10. HOW CUSTOMER CAN ENJOY WIRELESS AT HOME & AT PUBLIC AREAS (STREAMYX ZONE) • WIRELESS AT HOME • Installer will install and configure wireless modem at customer’s premise. They will set SSID with network key and inform customer on how to connect their laptop to the wireless internet access. • WIRELESS AT PUBLIC AREAS (STREAMYX ZONE) • Customer go to any public areas which have this signage: • Customer set SSID to Streamyx Zone. Make sure that WEP is disabled. To start surfing, launch web browser and the Streamyx Zone login page will be displayed. Here, key in Login ID and password. Now customer is ready to surf the Net.
