  4. Ways to Reduce your Grocery Bill Make a shopping list Look at grocery ads Buy store-brand products Avoid impulse purchases (don’t shop on an empty stomach!) Learn the basic prices of your favorite foods

  5. Grocery Shopping Project  Directions: Create a 5-day menu that includes 3 meals/day (15 meals total). You cannot skip meals or repeat meals (i.e. no ‘leftovers’!!) 2.
