  2. Periapical pathology caused by deep cavities: showing diffused radiopacity of tooth # 30 Periapical pathology is used to describe what is seen on a radiograph when something abnormal or diseased is found surrounding the apex/tip of a root of a tooth.

  3. Periapical pathology caused by severe periodontal disease; panoramic view Periapical pathology can be as a result of carious lesions, cysts, abscesses, and diseases

  4. Periodontal pathology:Causing loss of buccal plate of bone Often times, the pathology is a bacterial infection that originates from the pulp of the tooth and may cause necrosis of the tissue

  5. Periapical pathology:Mixed periapical radiolucent and or radiopaque lesion involving distal root of tooth # 30 The periapicalpathology, like any other infection could be presented as either acute or chronic.
