Since generally rent of this kind of house is low, more and more people will come to the locality and they could rent easily. This, in turn, helps the owner with the rent and as the locality will develop, the owner could increase the price as the standard of living in that area will go up and up. Thus these houses give so much benefit to the people that it is one of those factors which can make life much easier.
