  3. NIVEAU NATIONAL COGIC Ministère de l’intérieur Ministre DDSC Direction de la Défense et de la Sécurité Civile Centre Opérationnel de Gestion Interministérielle de Crise (remplace le COAD depuis le 1er Juillet 2000) Le COGIC est situé à Asnières sur Seine (Hauts de Seine)

  4. NIVEAU ZONAL CIRCOSC Préfet de Zone (correspond à la région) Centre Interrégional de Coordination de la Sécurité Civile Pour notre région, il se situe à Lyon EMZ Etat Major de Zone

NIVEAU DEPARTEMENTAL Préfet du département Service Interministériel de Défense et de Protection Civile SIDPC CODIS Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours SDIS Centre Opérationnel Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours Le CTA est chargé de recevoir les appels du 18 et de tenir informé le CODIS de toutes les interventions importantes ou particulières
