The role of the teachers and students in the effective management proccess Teachers and students are the key persons in the education process.Especially the teachers who is responsible for the classroom management .
Classroom Management:is the orchestration of classroom life; planning curriculum, organizing procedures and resources, arranging the environment to maximize efficiency, monitoring student progress, anticipating potential problems. Successful classroom management has been defined as producing a high rate of work involvement with a low rate of deviancy in academic settings
Teachers control their instructional effectiveness in the classroom. The passive teacher simply relies on the same old teaching techniques day after day. However, the active teacher who varies his/her day planning different teaching strategic and techniques tends to achieve more success in teaching. Not only does this practice of different teaching techniques provide change for the teacher, it also serves as a motivation for students
Discipline involves employing guidance and teaching techniques to encourage students to become self directive and thus to create an atmosphere conducive to learning.
How efficiently you have your lessons, how long you take to get started, how you handle digressions, off-task behaviour, discipline and how you handle transitions will have an effect on student learning.Students soon learn the importance of putting on a good face in order to protect their privacy.
In order to create a classroom environment with maximum productive time utilization, the teachers must establish and maintain it through following teaching and managing practices so that instances of student disruptive behaviour are reduced. They remain mostly involved in learning oriented actions and activities.
Key focal points for teachers A eacher who wants to contrubite to the management process should have leadership style as the orgnisator of the classroom. show concern for each of them. Avoid to low their self esteem and to influence their ecpectations and actions negatively. Have a vivid lesson especially with young learners with a lot of explanations and examples
Be assertive rather than agressive or boastful so that he can gain the confidence of students Keep students motivated by keeping the students motivated in learning, teachers set the stage for creating positive class environment. Motivating students is the first step toward preventing discipline problems in classrooms because a student involved in learning is not usually involved in clash with others at the same time.
Meet basic needs. Teachers must try to meet students’ basic as well as age related needs. Make students feel physically comfortable, safe, welcome, socially accepted and valued. Otherwise, they more likely to face learning difficulties and disruptively.
The teacher’s character,personality and competence affect the class atmosphere and so does the participation of students The teacher’s rules,communication skills,regulations have an influence on students

The good communication between the two basic participants of the teaching process lead to mutual trust,understanding and respect that brings the success together. Explore the special skills,talents and needs of the pupils. Also students get know themselves better and explore their own capacities.

Human resource management:It requires the manager’s determination and selection the right person for the right task So the principal shoul know and recognize the personal strenghts and weaknesses of the whole personnel. Insuring a safe fair and equitable work environment Sustaining high performing employees
Effective management of the human resources requires the approval of the staff for the manager who can fullfill the interests and needs of school personel
Development is more than conveying information to employees Guiding and supporting the attempts of the school staff. Developing interpersonal communication skills Preventing personel conflicts and problems in the working environment
PROBLEMS Poor motivation and insufficient working conditions lead to poor performance Lower productivity and participation levels for school affair Poor quality products and services High levels of complaints from school staff Loss of customers with subsequently lower revenues Higher costs Higher staff problems Poor institutional relations
In addition, if human resources are managed ineffectively, then: Teams may not function appropriately Individuals may be placed in positions that do not maximise or utilise their skills The culture of the business is not shared Communication and decision making can be affected and mistakes occur
All of these affect the quality standarts of the school and the management of the school positevely or negatively.
Organisation of the school environment by not only the manger also teachers students can contrubite to this organisation if they carry out their tasks successfully
A good magement of the school is only possible when the staff is motivated and get what he/she deserved.(reward: It is necessary to distinguish the one who goes beyond and progress day by day,from others)
The managers and the other staff should have realistic goals and should effort to reach these goals through discipline , working hard and by self asessment
Changes and varieties are inevitable in an institution like school so being oppen to new and different situations will add vitality to the management proccess.So respect to diverse values,opinions and perspectivesis necessary.
