iWAM Professional Development Purpose The purpose of the Professional Development Program is to provide a forum to explore key issues in the interpretation and application of the iWAM Goal of the Program The goal of the Professional Development Program is to help certified professionals increase their knowledge and skill in using the iWAM with individuals, teams, and organizations. The Structure The basic design is to network experienced professionals who share their knowledge and experience with each other.
