What our employees think? Managers need to be more hands on during our training. And they need to stop over delegating. So far, as I see it, Delco Development should not change anything. I love it! We need more activities as a team, employee nights out, give bonuses, have holiday parties! They Keep us in the dark, sometimes they wait until last minute to correct things that could be done every day. They need to do more for employees, have a suggestion box for line level employees to offer suggestions for bettering their work environment. Managers don’t work together. Too many inner fights between managers and employees. They keep cutting my hours. I honestly believe that Delco Development is doing a fantastic job! I think they do things right.
