  1. Immunocytochemical analysis of human fetal OPCs cultured with rat DRGNs. A2B5+ cells were seeded on established rat DRGNs in DFM with BDNF/IGF-1/PDGF-AA/bFGF /NGF for 4 weeks before they were fixed and immunostained for neurofilament (NF, blue), GC (green) or MBP (red). Images were acquired by confocal microscopy. Scale bar = 10 µm.
