OTHER ISSUES Unskilled Job Seekers • In doing the jobs; • in using the target language; • Mostly of the job seekers had low level of education/dropped out.
PARTNER’S ISSUES IN THE PROJECT • The understudied area (Moyudan District) had to realize its regencial vision i.e increasing the people’s welfare started in 2010. • But in facts the unemployment rate was still relatively high and need immediate solution. • There were 6.109 unemployed men and 5.293 women, mostly of them eager to work abroads with their limited bargaining positions.
