  6. PLC Goal for 2014-2015 Continuous Improvement in USD # 457 Bd. Goal-3. • Consistent process in place in every school whereby teachers and principals are working as a team toward a desired goal that benefits the students in that school and contributes to our collective goal of becoming a model district.
