  2. Tamara and Michael are newly engaged. Tamara becomes pregnant and they need to tell their parents. They have to make the decision whether to keep the baby or not. Tamara also has to decide if she will take the management position offered to her at Peter Piper Pizza.

  3. How should Tamara and Michael handle this situation? Should they tell their parents? • Tamara and Michael are in a very difficult situation. They have to think about their decision because what they end up deciding will affect them for the rest of their lives. They should handle their situation by thinking twice if they should get married now that Tamara is pregnant. Both of them should talk calmly with both of their parents and explain their situation.

  4. Tamara and Michael have decided to keep the baby. They chose this because they don’t think they could ever abort it. Although they fear their parents won’t support them because they are both still in school. Tamara’s best friend Jessica tries to convince her to abort the child. • Beyond visiting and discussing their options with the medical specialist, what should Tamara and Michael do? Tamara and Michael should also talk to other young parents who weren’t ready and see what is their experience, and if they would’ve done anything different. They should also talk to people who aborted their child and how they feel.

  5. What are Tamara and Michael’s options? • -Keep the baby-Abortion -Adoption

  6. How should Tamara and Michael address Jessica’s argument for abortion? • They should hear her out and listen to the facts about having and raising a child, but ultimately it’s their decision and she shouldn’t have an effect on it.

  7. Tamara is offered a night management position at Peter Piper Pizza and is not sure if she should take it. Her mom and Michael encourage her to take it, but Jessica advises her not to because it may cause stress and threaten or interfere with her pregnancy.

  8. She takes the job. Both her and her fiancée need money to take care of the baby. It sounds like a struggle by choosing to take the position, but it all comes down to the money. School and work are going to keep Tamara busy. After taking the job, it does end up causing too much stress and she looses the baby. It causes a lot of stress in the relationship which leads to them to breaking up.
