  2. About Us LASA LABS is located at Mahad, Maharastra, India, in an approved industrial area(MIDC) for chemical process operations and with common effluent treatment plant(CETP). LASA LABS has worked on developing unique manufacturing processes with a focus on low cost of production. A competent team is working on customer service and satisfaction.   3. Our Products Closantel Sodium Closantel Sodiumis a compound that helps in controlling a number of endoparasites and ectoparasites at the normal therapeutic dose. It however does not function like a broad-spectrum endectocide such as macrocyclic lactones. The drug is moderately used in sheep, goats, and cattle majorly in the form of drenches. EFFICACY OF CLOSANTEL SODIUM ClosantelSodium is very effective against larvae and adults (6 to weeks old) of liver flukes (Fasciola hepatica), and also against few other gastrointestinal roundworms and screwworms, for example, Bunostomum, Haemonchus, Oesophagostomum, Ostertagia – Trichostrongylus, Teladorsagia, Strongyloides, sheep keds (Melophagusovinus), and sheep nasal bots (Oestrusovis). It is completely non-effective against non-gastrointestinal roundworms like eye worms (e.g. Thelaziaspp), lungworms (e.g. Dictyocaulusspp) or tapeworms.

  4. Ricobendazole Ricobendazole is a type of anthelmintic compound used in veterinary practice. It comes under the chemical class of the Benzimidazoles. It is used moderately on livestock especially cattle. The drug is scarcely used on sheep and goats. They can be found in the form of drenches and injections. The drug is marginally used for dogs and cats in the form of tablets, pills, or drenches. It is the sole injectableBenzimidazole. It is chemically known as AlbendazoleSulfoxide, which is the main metabolite of Albendazole. EFFICIENCY OF RICOBENDAZOLE Ricobendazole is as efficient as the Albendazole drug. However, the right dose for some parasites can vary to some extent. The drug is very effective against gastrointestinal roundworms as well as lungworms of livestock, adults, and L4-larvae of some of the significant species. For example, of the genus Bunostomum, Haemonchus, Ostertagia - Cooperia, Chabertia, Teladorsagia, Nematodirus, Trichostrongylus, Dictyocaulus, Oesophagostomum, Trichuris, etc, including arrested larvae of some of the species. The drug is very effective against majority of the livestock tapeworms and adult liver flukes. However, it is not effective against immature stages.

  5. Mesalamine Mesalamine has CAS No. 89-57-6 , Mol formula C7 H7NO3, Mol. Wt 153.14 gms/ mol. It is also known as Mesalazine. Its chemical name is 5 Amino Salicylic acid , 5 Amino 2 Hydroxy benzoic acid.. Its branded name is Pentasa, Rowasa, Asacol , Lialda , Canasa. It is used as an anti-inflammatory agent related to diseases of gastrointestinal infections, bowel diseases like ulcers. It should not be used without prescription of a Qualified Doctor, Physician. It has many side effects such as Back pain , Headache , , itching , Increased heart rate etc. However Mesalamine should never be taken without consulting a Qualified doctor , Physician as this drug can cause serious adverse effects. Povidone Iodine Povidone iodine has CAS No. 25655-41-8. Its name is derived from the fact that it is a combination of Polyvinyl pyrrolidone and Iodine. It is soluble in cold water, warm water , Ethyl alcohol , Isopropyl alcohol. Internationally it is also known as Betadine , Pharmadine. Tincture Iodine is now replaced by Povidone iodine due to its effectiveness and stability.
