Introduction My Project is about the animals and the wealth in the Amazon. The Amazon Rainforest is in South America, Brazil. It makes up 20% of the Earth’s oxygen. 60% of the Amazon is in Brazil and 13% in Peru. Other South American countries have bits of the Amazon in them too.
AnimalsAmphibians There are over 1000 types of frogs in the Amazon Basin. They live in trees rather than near water because the rainforest is humid and all the storms leaves the frogs safe to stay out of water. They place there eggs in vegetation instead of water to stop them being eaten by fish etc.
AnimalsParrots Most Parrots in the Amazon are green, they eat nuts, fruit. There are around 30 species in the Amazon Rainforest. Macaws are famous for gathering in groups over 100,
