Three Separate Organizations – All working various Facilities Issues List the Moving Parts Before! • Public Works Center WASHINGTON • Served 10 Installations • 1 Oct 2003 expended to serve 18 installations • Went from 600 to 1,100 employees • Provided maintenance, transportation, utilities, and engineering services • Engineering Field Activity CHESAPEAKE • 387 Employees • 23 Naval Activities • 18 DoD/Other Agencies • Provided design, construction, environmental, and real estate services • Naval District Washington Regional Engineer • Served 10 Installations • 1 Oct 2003 expanded to serve 18 installations • Went from 60 to 175 employees • Provided shore facilities program management services
