Never eat raw or partially cooked eggs. Always cook eggs until firm. Never serve if still runny. Avoid eating foods that include raw eggs. Never eat rare poultry. Internal temperature should be 180 degrees. Be sure poultry is fully cooked. Juices run clear and meat is white in the center when poultry is fully cooked. Cook fish until it is flaky and white.
