  5. Reed Visit Classroom Qualitative Observation Findings • In each Focus Area review the Pluses and Deltas • Identify one “Plus” and one “Delta” as a PLC/ Department to address and prepare to share-out. • As a PLC identify how this data will influence your work and discuss.
