  3. APPLICATION TYPE 1:University of California Apply at: Admission.universityofcalifornia.edu 9 undergraduate campuses, one application. Must have a 3.0 or above Requirements: ACT or SAT A-G courses Essays (Personal Insight Questions) NO LETTERS OF REC

  4. Application Type 2:California State University Apply at: https://www2.calstate.edu/apply 23 Campuses across California, one application Must have a 2.0 or above Requirements: ACT or SAT A-G courses NO LETTERS OF REC NO ESSAY

  5. Application Type 3:Private Colleges and Universities Many private/out of state colleges use the Common Application: www.commonapp.org • Most require letters of recommendation • Most require essays • Most require official transcripts * If a school is NOT listed on CommonApp, their application will be on their college website.

  6. Application Type 4:Community Colleges in CA There are over 110 colleges to choose from Apply on http://home.cccapply.org/ No minimum GPA Test Scores are not required!

Requesting a Letter on Naviance: STEP ONE: Link your CommonApp account to your Naviance account http://www.screencast.com/t/gxEQkElyo1 STEP TWO: You must request a Letter of Recommendation in person and electronically on Naviance STEP THREE: Log on to Naviance, and go to the “Letter of Recommendation” link to submit requests to teachers
