Training Objectives • Discuss reporting ambulatory clinical quality measures to CMS (or for EP’s seeking Medicaid incentive payment, to the States). • Discuss reporting hospital’s clinical quality measures to CMS (or for Hospital’s seeking Medicaid incentive payment, to the States). • Identify how to demonstrate MU for year one, two and beyond.   8. RPMS Reporting Logic Measure Inclusions: COUNT: eligible providers HAVING: successfully reported to CMS the ambulatory clinical quality measures selected by CMS during the EHR reporting period AND HAVING: done so in the manner specified by CMS Clinical Quality Measures
