Reminder about optional DEI projects • By our June 5 meeting, we hope you will commit to something DEI and share your intentions with the group; for example: • Holding an implicit bias training • Writing a racial equity plan • Caucusing • Culturally specific programming • Changing your hiring protocol • Etc. • We’ll follow up with you six and twelve months later
