  2. What is a auto mechanic? An auto mechanic is someone that fixes your vehicle when it breaks or if you get into a crash. Or it could just be putting new tires on you vehicle.

  3. How am I going to get there? • Need too pass high school • Take a 2 year CACC class • Get a lot of hands on experience

  4. what I would learn at CACC • I would specialize in computer diagnostic skills • Quick service • General auto service • Alignment and suspension • Brakes • Electrical systems • And way more

  5. What jobs would it would open • I could work at Auto Zone, Car Quest, and so on • Also I could work a automotive repair place. Like Parson’s service in Mason.

  6. Different auto mechanics • There is auto technology which were you fix like motors and electrical system • Also they have body work and painters • Then there’s people that just specialize in changing oil or just putting tires on. • There is collision repair that specializes in car crashes only

  7. More About CACC • They also have a class were you actually make a drag car and race is down the quarter mile track at local events. • Sometimes your instructors jet you bring in your vehicle in and work on it on fridays.

  8. How much Auto mechanic pays • In a year about $36,000 • You don’t get payed a by the hour, you get paid by flat rate. Which means that you get paid on how long it takes to do a certain job or how hard it is to rebuild it.
