The market is located at 106 Pocono Trail East, behind Café Evergreen, the hours are 10am to 4pm the 3rd Saturday of every month and is managed by Erene M. Romanski. It coincides with a spate of activity that is regenerating Nokomis, including the restoration of a shuttered former bank building into Café Evergreen. The open courtyard has an Antique Mall and a local artist works displayed in The Cottage. The Cottage's walls are adorned with artwork including painted beach horizons, complex digital prints and mosaic wall art. Seven artists pay a majority of the costs for keeping the business open and get the largest amount of the 500-square-foot store's display space, but there's work to purchase from about a dozen other local artists and crafts people as well. Including renowned artist Lloyd Dobson from the Siesta Key - Sarasota area. Besides the Nokomis Market you can find Lloyd Dobson every Sunday on the beautiful Siesta Key Island from 8am to 1pm located at 5104 Ocean Blvd in the Village.
