Henry Ford’s childhood • Henry enjoyed his child hood. • His date of birth is July 30, 1863, and he was on of six children. • His mother Mary and his father William Ford raised Henry very well. • He died on April 7, 1947
Henry Ford as an engineer • In 1891, Ford became an engineer with the Edison and the company was in Detroit. • Henry has sold over 1,000 cars of his own
Henry’s change • In 1914 Ford announced more changes. • But these were not changes in his cars. • Instead, they were changes in his company’s working conditions. • Ford said that he would now pay most of his workers $5 a day.
Henry Ford’s working business • The workers on a Ford assembly line installed a lot of engines in so many Model T’s. • Each time that Henry came up with a new idea he saved money. • The price of a model t has lowered it used to be $950 and no it’s $290. • Henry paid his workers $5 per day.
