1. Key Questions to Ask Caller Tell me about your situation: • Where & when do you experience drifting SHS? • Do you keep a log of the drifting smoke? • What kind of housing do you live in? • Do you have breathing disability/health issues? • Have you spoken with the neighbor or landlord? • What was your landlord’s response? • What would the ideal solution look like to you?
