Boxing is a form of martial art and combat sport in which two people engage in the contest of strength, skills, toughness, and wits by punching an opponent with gloved hands. It is an extremely strenuous sport which provides best workout. It requires a lot of leg workout, muscle coordination and extreme focus and if not trained properly, it can lead to painful injury or even death. Junior Learmont believes that boxing is the best way to boost the confidence, control over aggression, increase self-esteem and to relieve stress. To make this hobby more interesting, he joined many world famous boxing clubs which gave him opportunities to interact and compete with other boxing enthusiasts. He has extensive knowledge of boxing and likes to share his experience with others.
He has a habit of collecting boxing kits, gloves and pictures of boxing legends such as Mike Tyson, Mohammed Ali and Wilfred Benitez. He has covered the walls of his practice room with the posters of these boxers. He has watched many live professional boxing matches. He likes the atmosphere of live matches where people are holding signs to support their favorite fighter, as well as the excitement outside the ring and live action inside the ring.
Junior Learmont is very energetic person who wants to engage himself in activities that are full of challenges and can give him exercise, develop his patience, stamina and strengthen his muscles. Apart from boxing, he has tried his hand on numerous adventurous activities such as river rafting, ice hockey, skiing, swimming, wind surfing and more.
