Social Connection with Fools Leads to Sin • “Whoever quarries stones may be injured by them.” (v.9) • “Whoever splits logs may be endangered by them.” (v.9)
Social Connection with Fools Leads to Sin • Internet and electronic friendships with boys and girls. • Social and dance groups with boys and girls. • Boys hanging out and turning to chemical addictions. • Girls hanging out and promoting negative values.
Ecclesiastes 10:10 “If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then he must put to more strength; but wisdom is profitable to direct.”
Ecclesiastes 10:11 • If a snake bites before it is charmed (subdued) there is no profit (help or benefit) to the charmer (the person playing with danger) • Surely the serpent will bite without enchantment (Satan is deadly) and a babbler is no better (listening to a fool is just as deadly, leading to hell)

Ecclesiastes 10:12 “Words from a wise man's mouth are gracious, but a fool is consumed by his own lips.”

Solomon warns us to recognize the speech of fools and to not listen to the speech of fools and to not join hands with such ones as they travel the path toward wicked madness.
