  3. PE Requirements • Participation Based Course • In order to earn 10 points students must participate in all of the following • Warm up • Flexibility • Muscular strength/endurance activity • Elective activity

  4. Electives • Swimming • Tennis • Football • Softball • Weight Room • Cardio Room • Toning • Kick Boxing • Basketball • Games

  5. Medical Notes • Absences • Sitting out of class • Not prepared

  6. Gym Make Ups • Every Wednesday • After school in cardio room` • 2:35 – 3:05 • Must complete two make ups for each absence.

  7. Health Curriculum Personal Fitness Nutrition Weight Control Puberty Male Reproductive System Female Reproductive System Pregnancy STD’s

  8. Power School • Grades are updated weekly. • Power School is a wonderful tool. Please use it!!!!!
