  2. There might be changes in your sleeping schedule, even if your sleep time changes but there must be some position that would be your favorite to doze off. However, the sleeping position you find extremely comfortable to sleep in might be a problem for the quality of your sleep. Some best sleeping position which can help you improve the quality of your sleep and prevent you from getting prone to any sleep disorder. Let’s learn about some ways which can help every sleeping position better.

  3. Fetal Position- One of the most common ways to sleep is recommended by maximum people, especially the women who are more likely to sleep curled up on the side as compared to the men. For most parts, it’s the best way to sleep as it helps your spine rest in the most natural alignment possible. It also helps in preventing diseases like Alzheimer's or Parkinson’s disease. There has been experimenting which claims that the human brain happens to clear more waste that can lead to neurological disease when a person is sleeping on their side rather than sleeping on their stomach.

  4. This position is also beneficial for women who are expecting a child. You should twig to sleeping on your left side when pregnant. It helps in improving the circulation to your expanding baby and it prevents the uterus of the mother from pressing your liver walls.  How to make it better- Stretch out your body a bit, pulling your body in the forward direction and making it into a tight ball or curling too much in the forward direction might affect your lungs and diaphragm. A relaxed back stimulates effortless breathing.  Log position- Are you also the same person who sleeps on their side by making both arms in the downward position, close to your body? This can be done by placing a soft pillow, folded blanket, and maybe a towel would work.  Freefall- It seems like sinking into the clouds, a person is lying on their stomach while your arms are tucked under your pillow or on either side of your head. It may seem relaxing while hitting the bed however, it is extremely disturbing for your lower back and neck. You are also more prone to change positions continuously when you’re trying to get comfortable with this kind of position.  How to make it better- Avoid using a hard pillow, because it can cause pain to the neck, and put it at an extremely uncomfortable angle.  These were some brief points about the best sleeping positions and how you can make them better.
