You can also elevate the head of the bed by some degrees to cease this habit. Keep the air moist- If your bedroom air is too dry, it can also result in snoring because your throat and nose membranes swell in the absence of humidity. For preventing this from happening, you should keep the bedroom air moist. Get a humidifier to make this possible.
