Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Enable Support AccessScreen 1 of 2 2 3 To Enable Support Access using the Manage by Number screen: • Screen 1 of 2: • Enter a Bill to ID that you manage. 1 • Select Add Bill to ID and Enable Support Access. OR • Click the Submit button. OR 1 3 • Choose a Bill to ID. • Select Add Bill to ID and Enable support access. 2 • Click on the Submit button. Note: You can only manage a Bill to ID in the tool if you have the BID in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. See slide 71 for how to add Bill to IDs to your profile.

Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Enable Support AccessScreen 2 of 2 All the Contract Numbers under the Bill to ID will be added to the Cisco.com profile(s) you select to be used for service access. New contracts purchased using that Bill to ID will automatically be added. Once a Bill to ID has been chosen and the action Add Bill to ID and Enable support access has been selected: • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all individuals from the list. 1 Or, search for an individual and select them. • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual. 2 Note: If you cannot locate an individual in the tool, see the “Add Name” instructions on next slide.

Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Enable Support AccessScreen 1 of 2 2 3 To Enable Support Access using the Manage by Name screen: 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Select a search attribute from the drop down list. • Enter the information you want to search for. • Click on the Search button. A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear. 4 • Choose the individual. 6 • Select Add Bill to ID and Enable support access. 5 • Click on the Submit button. Note: If you cannot locate an individual in the tool, see the “Add Name” instructions on slide 28.

Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Enable Support AccessScreen 2 of 2 All the Contract Numbers under the Bill to IDs you select on this screen will be added to the individual’s Cisco.com profile so they can be used for service access. New contracts purchased using that Bill to ID will automatically be added. Once an individual has been chosen and the action Add Bill to ID and Enable support access has been selected: • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all Bill to IDs from the list. 1 • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as the individual. 2 Note: A message will be displayed if the individual you chose already has all the Bill to IDs that you manage in his Cisco.com profile and enabled for support access.
