  3. CONDOLENCE • We regret to Inform that the following Ex Teachers of our School have left for the Heavenly abode:- • Shri B. P. Ghosh • Smt. Sabita Chatterjee. • Shri P.K. Pal. • Shri S. K. Talukdar.

  4. Good news! We have a new Head of Institution! He happens to be an Ex Student of our School! Let us join our hands and welcome Sh.Sukanta Bhattacharjee and wish him a very successful tenure as Principal!

  5. Academic Area Highlights Constant endeavor of the Staff, Govn. Body and PTA, throughout the academic year, produced encouraging results. . . Camp for weaker students- an unique experiment !

  6. Academic Highlights • Directorate of Education has selected our school as a model for Computer Education. • The Library and Drawing Class Room have been renovated and upgraded. • Multimedia introduced as a tool for teaching learning.

  14. Administrative Achievements • Posts of Principal & Vice Principal filled through DPC • Posts 0f 32 teachers filled through direct recruitments & DPC. • Education Deptt. has sanctioned 7 more posts of teachers & one post of UDC .

Administrative Achievements • The School has its own Server. • Softwares have been installed for Pay Roll, Fees Collection, and centralized exam results. • Entire working of the School Office has been Computerized. • The School Website is being regularly updated.   16. Sh. Somnath Chatterjee inaugurated Football Academy. Smt. Sheila Dixit & Prof. Kiran Walia inaugurated the Medical Room & Blood Donation Camp British Council Delegation of teachers from UK. Japanese Delegation from Tokyo,organized Rope Jumping. VIP Visits!

  17. 1st in State level Science Quiz. 1st in State level Poster and Toon competition. 1st in Zonal level Science Debate. 2nd in zonal level Model making, Sr. gr. 3rd in model design, Jr. and Middle gr. Prizes Won - 2010.

  18. Rock Climbing • Existing Rock Climbing facility totally renovated . • A Junior Rock Climbing facility is being installed . • Sandeep Maity of our school represented India in • Asia Cup Rock Climbing Competition. • We thank Sh. Sribash Bhattacharya for his guidance and Support

  19. Sports • S P Kundu Memorial Football Tournament 2009 was a great success with a number of prominent schools of Delhi participating. • The Football and Cricket Academy are running smoothly. Number of players are playing in the first division of DSA league.

  21. New Facilities School playground relaid with the help from DMRC. Medical Room– one of the best in the city. Full time Nurse appointed. Clean drinking water– installation of RO systems.

  23. Transport Facilities • Augmentation of existing Services . • New Bus services to Vaishali, Shahibabad, Palam village, Dwarka and Inderpuri.

  24. Financial Position Bank Balance as on June 2007—Rs. 27,38,964.45/ ( Including FD of Rs. 19,20,182). Expenditure for Maintenance and Developments from 2007 to 2010 Rs. 30,06,632. Bank Balance as on June 2010 –Rs. 65,33,510/ ( Includes FD of Rs. 59,46,264.98)

  25. The need of the hour! • A five hundred seat AUDITORIUM • A full sized Play Ground. • Modernization of Laboratories. • Computers in every classroom. • Complete overhauling of the electrical systems.
