  1. Pieris Japonica/ Lily-of-the-Valley Bush The Pieris Japonica is a shrub. It likes wet conditions and they like to be in the shade. They usually grow around 13 by 13 feet. Range: E. Asia - E. China, Japan.

  2. PinusMugo/ Mugo Pine • Mugo pine's native range is western Europe, eastern Europe, southern Europe, and western Asia. • They grow in ranges from 3 feet tall to nearly 45 feet tall • They like to be mostly in the sun but can do fine in the shade. • Mugo pines are trees.

  3. PinusStrobus/Eastern White Pine • Native To: Eastern North America, occurring from Newfoundland west to Minnesota and southeastern Manitoba. • This tree can live over 400 years. • They can grow up to 170 feet tall some to 180 feet. • They like dense but also shady conditions.

  4. PinusSylvestris/ Scotch Pine • Native To: Europe and Asia, ranging from Scotland, Ireland and Portugal in the west. • This Tree can grow up to 115 feet tall. • They like to be open in fields with lots of sun and rain.

  5. PinusThunbergiana/Japanese Black Pine • Native to: Coastal areas of Japan and South Korea. • This Tree can grow up to 130 feet tall. • They grow best in full sun. They can grow well in sand but don’t need as much water.

  6. Platanus x Acerifolial/ London Plane Tree • This tree can grow mostly around 85 feet. • Origin not specifically known but can be found in North America and Mexico. • Can go in any kind of soils and doesn't pick diseases up easily. It can go in either really wet or dry soils.

  7. PoaProntensis CV/ Kentucky Bluegrass • Native to: Europe, northern Asia and the mountains of Algeria and Morocco. • Grows up to eight inches long and 1/4 inch wide. • This Blue Grass is a wetland kind of grass. It is also native grown around here and the northeast.
