  2. Fax • Configuration on UC side. Will cover a few configuration details on the fax server side specific to working with UC. • How list of faxable file types works. • How receipts work and are configured. • Discuss what makes a message faxable. • What a correct fax header looks like. • Where in the conversation a fax number can be set. • Other messaging specific information will be provided by Aaron Belcher.

  3. Calendaring • Annotated logs of TUI and VUI access to meetings, and transferring to an active meeting. • Further information on configuration details and such will be provided by Andrew Biggs.

  4. Cross Box • How to watch a hand off using PSM. • How to read a packet. • Explain the various advanced settings that apply to a hand off. • Cover the various failures that can occur during a hand off, how they are logged, what they mean, and how they can be fixed. • How networking impacts cross box hand offs. • Problems with multi switch servers. • More of a network thing, but will show the generic conversation flow in regards to determining what to do with a caller when they enter the extension of a user or contact, and where cross box fits into that picture.

  5. PCTR Changes • What changed and why. • How you enable PCTRs now. • How the holding and screening options are different under the covers. • How upgrades will be handled. • Annotated logs of the decision process to determine if PCTRs should be used or not.

  6. Future Messages • Annotated logs of a message being marked for future delivery. • Other messaging specific information will be provided by Monica Price.

  7. Return Call, Live Reply, Alternate Contact Numbers • How live reply works now. • Explain difference between an identified vs. unidentified sender. • Explain various live reply failure cases. • Annotated log of live reply to identified caller and to an unidentified caller. • How alternate contact numbers work (they are just release transfers). • Annotated log of a caller using a user’s alternate contact number.
