2. Welcome Welcome to the upgraded Banner Learning Center (BLC). You will find that there have been many improvements in functionality. Throughout this presentation you will be shown how to use the new functionality added to the upgraded system. 3. My Courses The “my courses” tab is where you will see any courses that have been assigned to you for both classrooms and web-based training (WBT) modules. To launch a WBT, click the launch button

4. My Transcript The “my transcript” tab will allow you to access any courses you have completed with the score you received and your completion date. You can also print a copy of your transcript by clicking on the print transcript button in the right-hand corner

5. My Profile “My profile” will allow you to update your e-mail address, view your hire date and update your contact information. You can also change your password . The newest feature allows you to change the language in your Banner Learning Center account to either English or Spanish. To edit this page, please make your corrections and click the “save” button in the right-hand corner.

6. Catalog The catalog feature will allow you to search for all classroom courses that are being offered within the Banner Health system. The classroom courses have been sorted by the categories presented on the left-hand side of the screen. To access all of the classroom courses within the categories you can select the + button

7. Calendar The calendar will allow you to search for classroom courses by day, week or month. You will be able to view all courses that are available for you to register for. To register for a classroom course, please select the class name and hit the enroll button.

8. Search The search function will allow you to search for a course by entering a keyword to the course Into the “search text” area. You may search for all courses, classroom courses only or online courses only. Other criteria you may use while searching could be the date, the location or the instructor. After you have located the course you are searching for you will need to click on the “view” button and then the “enroll” button. Example of keyword searching – for ‘Leadership Academy: Collaborating for Results’ we suggest searching using the keywords either ‘collaborating’ or ‘results’.
