  2. Accessing the Portal Start Internet Explorer

Accessing Portal Continued Enter the URL: https://portal.laccd.edu/irj/portal, click ENTER Login using the following: User ID: use the NEW format (AMRIKHV) Password: your current SAP R/3 password If you do not have a password, please contact Information Technology- Cynthia Macking at extension 2376

  4. Sign in using the NEW user name and password

  5. Upon successfully logging on, the following portal home page will appear.

  6. Click on Reports

  7. Click on Finance

  8. Click on f01- Budget availability

  9. * Must enter the fiscal year, fund center or cost center, the fund and GL are optional

  10. After you enter the fiscal year and cost center click OK

  11. Your budget will appear

  12. To print the report click the print version tab

  13. This Box will appear Click OK

  14. The screen will open in a new window Click on the little printer as below

  15. Make sure you select the correct printer- Click on print and your report will print
