What Are AOQ’s Weaknesses? AOQ’s operate on voluntary labour. Most AOQ’s training programmes only consider quality issues. Quality as a profession has virtually died out-quality is now everyone’s business.

Six Sigma Division-Objectives Some possible objectives of the Division are: a To promote and contribute to the science and practice of quality management and business improvement through the processes of Six Sigma and Lean in any of their forms in the; b To recognise and to advance the status of the natural persons engaged in the Six Sigma industry; c To disseminate knowledge of the science and practice of quality management and business improvement in the Six Sigma industry; d To initiate, conduct, supervise, and assist in research and investigations into the science and practice of quality management and business improvement in the Six Sigma industry
Elite Awards Program To demonstrate to the business community the real results and excellence which organisations achieve through the successful implementation of Six Sigma. The Six Sigma Awards would be given to the most outstanding organisational achievements through the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
