FIRST STEPS • Initial site energy benchmark performed in 2006 • All electric site • 415,000 sq ft (office space, data center, cafeteria, conference & fitness center) • Built prior to the Energy Policy Act of 1992 • Average annual electrical usage (15,899,568 kWh/year) • Average annual water consumption (11,276,589 gallons/year)
