2. Don’t over-react! • You don’t have to dress like a teen from the 50’s • BUT… • There are rules and guidelines • This slide show will guide you. • Follow the tips!

3. Be age appropriate. • You should look like a teenager- after all you are! • However, DON’T… • Be too trendy • Wear hair WILD • Accentuate tattoos or piercings • STAND OUT • Try to blend in to the environment of the prospective job

4. Don’t Wear anything that is… • Too short • Too frilly • Too tight • Too long • Too sexy • Too high cut • Too low cut • Too lacey • Without straps!~

5. Don’t Express Yourself… just yet. • Don’t wear t-shirts with graphic pictures • Don’t wear anything with inappropriate sayings or logos (beer, nudity, etc.) • Don’t wear a t-shirt that might label you (comic book fan, etc.) • DON’T WEAR T-SHIRTS period!!!

6. No ripped jeans • No knees torn out • No slightly torn • No torn by design • No (but Mrs. this is all I have…) jeans • NO JEANS PERIOD!!

7. About your hair • DO Comb hair • DO keep hair out of your eyes • No tall Mohawks • No funky colors • No hats • No crazy colors

8. Tips To Follow… • Take a shower • Fix your hair (out of your face!) • Brush your teeth • Tuck in your shirt • Wear a belt • Look nice! • Here’s how…

9. For Guys… • Wear khaki or navy dress pants. • Tuck in your shirt • Wear a belt • Wear a COLLARED shirt • Don’t wear too much cologne

10. For ladies… • Be conservative • Don’t show too much skin (legs or cleavage) • Don’t wear distracting jewelry • Go easy on make-up & perfume
