  6. Multiple Enclosures • Single Enclosure • Move Out Date is automatically updated • Allow Multiple Enclosure Assignment • Set as Institutional Preference • Move Out Date is NOT automatic • No Batch Move to Another Enclosure

  7. Enclosure Moves • Record Current Enclosure • In enclosure you are moving them out of • Moved Out Date automatically updated • Record Historical Enclosure • Record both Move In Date(mandatory) and Move Out Date(mandatory if single enclosure)
