Identify the key institutions, their duties, the websites, and the documents they use for disseminating public information about their affairs. • Find out as much as possible about how the E.U. works for negotiating and passing new laws, etc. What tools does the E.U. use to disseminate the results of its proceedings, calls for tenders, grant programs and initiatives to the public? Exercise5 PRESENT PREPARE a short 5-10 minute slide or video presentation in your working group and present it to the rest of the groups. Be sure to divide your tasks equally and ensure that every member on the team contributes to the final result. • GIVE FEEDBACK to each group and its presenters about their work. What criteria will you use to evaluate their success? • Make a list of qualities and their characteristics. How should the presentations be rated? What are the indicators between, poor, good, and excellent results? Which team’s work was the most professional? Why? What improvements could be made?
