Proactive Measures • Protected our mission-critical services: • Hiring freeze and workforce reductions, except revenue generating staff • Deep spending cuts • Revenue maximization efforts • Operational efficiencies • Divest non-essential services • Intensive data-driven decision making, even on a daily basis • Legislative meetings, including key partners • Discussions with key partners regarding Shared Services • Working collaboratively to protect our most vulnerable residents, including those who have never needed help before
