If someone other than the chairperson is sending in a reimbursement, the chairperson needs to send Rita an e-mail to OK the reimbursement. • If a statement is to be sent from a company directly to treasurer please send me an e-mail including: • Company’s name • Item(s) purchased • Budget (Class #) to be charged, If you do not know your budget class please see me • Bill will not be paid without the above information
