  2. I’m from adventures and imaginary rescues with my Ashley scuba doll, from shelve, stacks and pages of treasures and trips that I’ve taken from my bedroom. From canter, gallop, jump and post, the fresh smell of hay and used curry combs. From black and white checkered balls flying through the air. From cleats and red, and yellow cards, ace bandages and pulled muscles, From freshly mowed turf and pristine white lines.

  3. From early morning sun rises shining off of a glass lens, from one million shots from a editing and photoshop, from a blooming flower to a rare eclipse and super moon. From fruit in bowls coming to life under my pen , pencil and all different mediums, from cow tails a lincolnway pool and dark chocolate licked off of finger tips.

  4. From the Eagles to the Beatles. From bus rides home with Chumbawamba and Right Said Fred blaring in my headphones. From smiling in a strangers photo at a chocolate themed park. From a slide tackle to the knee, Ace bandaged for 2 months a recurring injury that won't leave me alone.

  5. From Lincoln Way pool and Montessori school with Faith From gymnastics and soccer with Delaney, Boyds bears and ice cream with Lucy. From 8’oclock Mulan to all night Harry potter marathons in a pillow fort with Ellis and Taylor. From a REALLY successful book blog donating approximately 600-700 books, Random House, Harper Collins, Tantor and more. From 3 newspapers and NBC

From misty Europe in Easter, Paris France, Austria, Switzerland and Germany, Easter birds and the “hills are alive” high up in the hills of Germany in the middle of the night trying to find a place to stay. From sunny white sanded beaches, Jamaica, Bahamas, Hawaii and the Dominican republic. From house painting in Haiti, from smiles on dark faces while jump roping, just like me and hand games. From putt putt and surfing in Topsail island NC.

  7. From a multi colored gold egg locket from grandma a family heirloom to keep passing down. From labor day crab feasts at Grandma’s house, drawn butter and Maryland Crab falling on my brothers birthday. From fourth of July tiramisu, strawberries blueberries and whipped cream a flag shape devoured in seconds. From dribble kick score and second hand book stores.

  8. From comfy chairs and culinary trained family members. From impromtu traveling trips, and suprises that wait at the end of the road, From biscuit shops in a no name town that I know so well and “adventures” (aka) I have no idea where we are and we’re almost out of gas.

  9. From always supporting Mrs. Fisher always a kind word and humor identical to mine. From horrible grammar and editing on laptops, from laughs and stern talks. From Put your book down! From here’s your library pass and rationing my library card. From animal loving veterinarian to Book editor with a book blog called www.becauseireadso.com

  10. From leaps and bounds over the couch, 1,2,3 Einstein, Orion, Lissy. From wrestling matches and curling up in bed, from comforting and scolding. From baths and pulling sleds in the snow. From chasing in a corn field and brushing long coats. From traumatizing spider bites and snakes’ in the laundry, from screaming and jumping on to things up high, far from these scary creatures.

  11. I am from family and friends, roasting marshmallows and making memories to last a lifetime.
